Our menu changes on a regular basis. Here are a few snippets from our current menus...
- Confit leg of duck with slow roasted roma tomatoes, shaved pecorino chesse, duck skin crosps and a basil vinaigrette
- Peppered carpaccio of beef with tempura red onion rings, celeriac puree and a micro salad
- Pan fried mackerel fillet with char grilled fennel with an Argetinian hazelnut and chill bread sauce
- A selection of hors d'oeurves
- Fillet of Riverstown beef with smoked bacon galette potatoes, braised salsify, bone marrow and port wine jus
- Smoked fillet of pork wapped in leek, with an apple, oyser mushroom and walnut stuffing, black truffle hollandaise
- Herbed rack of lamb, toasted barley and pumpkin risotto, confit tomato, garlic thyme jus
- Baked stuffed aubergine, white bean and heb stew, baked walnuts and spinach, asparagus and blue cheese
- Natural yoghurt pannacota with honey jaconde, spiced plums and poached fruit
- A clevery little cheese plate with local farmhouse cheeses and homemade chutney
- Trio of ice cream garnished with fruit coulis
- Warm pear and apple crumble with creme anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream
