Our menu changes on a regular basis. Here are a few snippets from our current menus...

  • Confit leg of duck with slow roasted roma tomatoes, shaved pecorino chesse, duck skin crosps and a basil vinaigrette
  • Peppered carpaccio of beef with tempura red onion rings, celeriac puree and a micro salad
  • Pan fried mackerel fillet with char grilled fennel with an Argetinian hazelnut and chill bread sauce
  • A selection of hors d'oeurves

  • Fillet of Riverstown beef with smoked bacon galette potatoes, braised salsify, bone marrow and port wine jus
  • Smoked fillet of pork wapped in leek, with an apple, oyser mushroom and walnut stuffing, black truffle hollandaise
  • Herbed rack of lamb, toasted barley and pumpkin risotto, confit tomato, garlic thyme jus
  • Baked stuffed aubergine, white bean and heb stew, baked walnuts and spinach, asparagus and blue cheese

  • Natural yoghurt pannacota with honey jaconde, spiced plums and poached fruit
  • A clevery little cheese plate with local farmhouse cheeses and homemade chutney
  • Trio of ice cream garnished with fruit coulis
  • Warm pear and apple crumble with creme anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream
